If you live in portugal you just log in to stardoll and the dress is yours!
If you live somewhere else than Portugal, Follow these steps:
1. Go to a Portuguese Proxy like:
webproxy.cstools.net/
2. Paste this link the the Proxy's URL box:
http://www.stardoll.com
Click 'Go'/'Surf'
3. Log in to stardoll
NOTE: The item may take a while to get to your suite, be patient
